Look around in the books, papers, and the Internet and identify a MEMS device
that uses a beam. Describe what it does, how it works, etc. Please do not forget
to indicate source (book or paper or a website). Points given will be proportionate
to the non-triviality and unfamiliarity of the device you identify as well as how
well you describe it.
