ME@75: Research Frontiers

On the occasion of the Department of Mechanical Engineering at IISc Bangalore turning 75, ME@75: Research Frontiers invites young scholars, faculty at universities across the country, colleagues in research labs and industry to join us for a 3-day conference.
After two years of Covid-related lull in academic gatherings, we expect ME@75:Research Frontiers to provide a much-needed avenue to share recent progress. The conference is centered around technical discussions on active and emerging areas of research under the broad umbrella of Mechanical Engineering. The conference will feature invited lectures from experts, oral presentations, poster sessions, panel discussions and technical demonstrations.
We invite you to submit abstracts for short talks and poster presentations.

Guidelines
Abstract template: The template for abstracts is here. All submissions are required to follow the template.
Submitting an abstract: A pdf version of your abstract should be uploaded at the link provided, which is hosted using EasyChair. Please create a free user ID with EasyChair if you don't already have one. Only the uploaded file will be reviewed. You may ignore the text fields provided on the submission page.
Page Limits: Abstracts for oral presentations and poster presentations are required to be 2 pages long
Presenting Authors: Clearly indicate the presenting author and his/her email address at the provided location in the template file. The presenting author will also be the author for future correspondence.
Program: Clearly indicate whether you would like the abstract submitted to be considered for an oral presentation and/or a poster. Due to limitations on the number of sessions at the conference, only a few abstracts can be accepted for oral presentations. We encourage senior PhD students and young researchers to consider submitting abstracts for poster sessions.
Decision: All submitted abstracts will be reviewed and a decision will be conveyed to the authors on the conference registration page.
Contributions in all areas related to Mechanical Engineering and related disciplines are welcome. Contributions in the following areas are particularly encouraged.
ME@75: Research Frontiers will be held at IISc Bengaluru from June 29th to July 1st, 2022 at the J.N.Tata Auditorium located in the Indian Institute Science (IISc) Campus.
