1. Recap of the VEM for the Poisson problem
2. Present the derivation of VEM for two-dimensional elastostatic and elastodynamic problems.
3. Application of VEM to solve the 3D elastodynamic eigenproblem to obtain an estimate of the critical time step (CFL condition).
